Privacy

An introduction should stay an introduction.

This website.

This website has no advertising pixels, analytics scripts or application cookies. Our hosting and access-control providers may process technical information under their own privacy policies.

What the form sends.

Only pressing Submit sends your name, email, organization, role, system description, selected question and outside-counsel preference to licet. Unfinished form entries are not collected or saved in browser storage. Please do not include confidential material or personal data about users of your platform.

How we use it.

We use your introduction to assess and respond to a potential design-partner conversation, not to enroll you in marketing. We save the submitted details, submission time, notice version and a reference before attempting an email alert. A confirmation means the introduction was saved; it does not mean that an email reached an inbox.

Service providers and access.

Our website hosting service and Cloudflare process and store submitted introductions. Resend processes the details to deliver a notification to david@licet.ai; our email forwarding and inbox providers process the delivered message. Introductions are not published on the website and there is no public contact-list endpoint. We store notification status so a failed alert can be investigated without losing the introduction.

Abuse prevention.

The form uses submission limits and a hidden anti-spam field. A short-lived, keyed fingerprint of the submitting network address is used for rate limiting; the form database does not store the raw address. Expired rate-limit entries are removed during subsequent successful submissions. Hosting infrastructure may maintain its own technical logs.

Retention and your choices.

We retain introductions while assessing or conducting the conversation and as needed for an agreed engagement or a documented legal requirement. To correct your details, ask about retention or request deletion, email david@licet.ai with your submission reference if available. Deletion requests are reviewed by a person and must account for copies in the introduction store and email services; this notice does not promise instant automatic deletion.

Before a pilot.

Data-handling, confidentiality and retention arrangements must be agreed before sharing platform records. This form is for an initial, nonconfidential conversation, not for submitting operational evidence.
